I had a wonderful experience with Valcon Homes. I absolutely love my new home! The contract process was seamless and easy. Merrin (Admin Manager) made sure the paperwork side of things was a breeze. All variation requests along the way were handled promptly. When it came to the build, Matt (Building Supervisor) showed incredible attention to detail. He ensured that all subbies completed their respective trades to a very high standard. Matt does not settle for second best.

Both Matt and Merrin were only too happy to help at any stage throughout the build, and they were very accessible. I really liked the fact that their homes are true turn-key solutions, there were no hidden costs. My house was completed on time and on budget, and I would highly recommend Valcon Homes to anyone. Sometimes, dreams and ideas can be difficult to explain. However, true to Valcon’s philosophy, caring and kindness were offered to understand what we were hoping to build and achieve. Matt, the supervisor, leads an incredible group of tradesmen – my husband and I never used the word ‘tradie’ as they all offered the very best in their craft to build our home.

Our dream became another Valcon success. It has been an incredible journey shared with an amazing team, who allowed a couple to become part of the Valcon family, whose vision is building with excellence and craftsmanship.

As first time builders with a challenging sloping site, we were running out of options to find a builder who would do a quality job and within our budget till we met Gavin from Valcon Homes. He walked us through a beautiful display home that was built on a land with similar condition to ours and yet was affordable.

Throughout the planning stage Kaine and Olivia were a pleasure to deal with and went above and beyond to make sure we were well taken care of.

During the construction phase, Matt our site supervisor was super helpful and his level of attention to details was second to none. He was very patient with our millions of questions and his exceptional work ethics gave us an assurance that the end result would be remarkable.

We are 3 weeks out from our finished build and are absolutely wrapped! We met with Kat at the beginning who has absolutely bent over backwards to find us the perfect block and house design, even staying late into the evening at the office and visiting us in our home to customise our plans. Our final quote was full turn key, priced great, and absolutely everything was included right down to landscaping and even a letterbox, which gave us peace of mind knowing we would not have any surprise costs.
once contracts were signed we had a meeting with Natasha to do our colour selection, Natasha made the whole process simple, had great suggestions, and had an answer for every question. Then we were in touch with Matt our Builder and Olivia our Client Relationship Coordinator who kept us up to date with every stage of the build, both are contactable whenever we need and very friendly and professional. We have been shocked at the speed and quality of our construction, even when Corona virus hit right on lock up stage the contractors worked 6 days a week to get it finished. And here we are 3 weeks from completion, have been smooth sailing and would absolutely recommend these guys if you want a stress free home.

We have just signed up with Valcon Homes after months of research and meetings with different builders. Katherine Bowden has by far the best sales consultant we have come across by any builder. Despite many builders are offering lucrative discounts and upgrades, final quotes always seem to be similar between them. Kat has gone above and beyond our expectations to design a house thats checked all our boxes. Kat has completely customised and designed house plan to meet our specs and guided us throughout the process. Kaine and Kat put enormous efforts to put together a quote that finally fit well in our budget and we were happy to sign it straight away. After signing Olivia has always been easy to reach for queries, upgrades and other changes. Would highly recommend Valcon Homes and team to people looking to have a customised home with great prices and service.
