11 Steps to building your custom luxury home

Select a home design and customise it to suit your lifestyle
Offering an array of luxury home designs, we invite you to browse our collection, select your favourite plan, and we’ll help you customise it to best suit your needs. Always here to help, our team will meet with you, share our open and honest building advice and provide our expert guidance.

You pay your deposit
With your deposit paid, we arrange for our building designer to provide full custom drawings to suit your land and lifestyle needs. You then own these drawings and even if you decide to engage another builder, you’re welcome to take your custom design with you.

We review site work
Once your design is locked-in, and if your land is ready, we’ll ask for a secondary deposit. We’ll also complete a full site investigation, including soil testing and land surveying to enable us to finalise all costings.

We’ll finalise your quote
Once you’ve finalised your design and we have the required land information, we’ll provide you with a quote. (Don’t worry if your land isn’t ready at this stage as we can make provisions based on the details we already have and finalise your quote later.)

We prepare your HIA Contract
Your HIA Contract includes all finalised pricing and detailed drawings. We’ll go through this with you to ensure you understand the finer details.

You choose your selections
We’ll invite you to visit our Selections and Design studio where our interior designer will guide you through colours and selections for your home. Let the real fun begin!

We finalise drawings and lodge for approval
At this stage, we’ll finalise all drawings for lodgement of building approval, plumbing approvals and engineering designs.

Once we have all approvals, we
begin to build
We’ll clear the site, prepare and lay the foundations and also erect your house frames. Then, we’ll proceed through all stages of the build, keeping you fully informed along the way. 9
We reach practical completion
Now in the final stages of your home build, we’ll correlate all certificates, warranties and approvals and organise an independent building inspector to approve the build, ready for handover.

We handover your new home
It’s time to celebrate! After you sign off on the completion of your home, we’ll hand the keys over to you. You move into your beautiful home and embrace your new lifestyle.

Maintenance Period
While our building work here is done, we want you to know that we’re still here for you. With a 12-month maintenance period on your home, get in touch with our team if any building issues need rectification
